Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after your order confirmation. You'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order is on its way. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

Limited drops: items from limited releases may take longer to process. During high-volume periods, shipments may be delayed by a few days — we'll notify you if there's a significant delay.

Domestic (United States)
- Standard: 3–7 business days
- Expedited: 1–3 business days

International
We currently do not ship internationally. International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking: you'll get a tracking number by email once your order ships — please allow up to 48 hours for it to update.

Lost, stolen, or delayed packages: SHOWOUT isn't responsible for packages marked delivered to the address provided at checkout. If tracking shows delivered but you haven't received it, contact the carrier first; for anything else, reach out and we'll help.
